A Virgin Records gondozásában jelenik meg a ‘Live At The Royal Albert Hall’, amely a skót szövegíró-énekesnő varázslatos fellépését örökítette meg a legendás londoni Royal Albert Hall-ban.

A lenyűgöző koncerten felcsendült Emeli eddigi összes slágere, a ‘Daddy’, ‘My Kind Of Love’, ‘Clown’, ‘Read All About It Pt. III’, ‘Heaven’, ‘Beneath Your Beautiful’ és természetesen a ‘Next To Me’, emellett Professor Green és Labrinth vendégszereplése színesítette a műsort. A magával ragadó show-t Paul Dugdale rendezte, aki korábban a Coldplay Live 2012 produkción dolgozott.

A ‘Live At The Royal Albert Hall’ Emeli debütáló kiadványát követi, amely 2012-ben elnyerte a legtöbb példányban eladott album címet Angliában. Továbbá Emeli az első szóló énekes, aki elérte, hogy lemeze a debütálást követően 47 héten keresztül az Official Albums Chart Top 10 listán szerepelt. A történelem során a The Beatles után ő a második előadó, aki ilyen eredményt ért el (a The Beatles 1963-as debütáló albuma, a ‘Please Please Me’ a megjelenése után 62 egymást követő héten keresztül szerepelt a Top 10-es listában).

Az ‘Our Version Of Events’ ötszörös platina minősítést nyert és csak az Egyesült Királyságban több mint 1.5 millió példányban kelt el a 2012. februári kiadás óta.

Emeli Sandé idén 4 Brit Awards jelölést kapott. A brit könnyűzenei élet egyik legrangosabb eseményén a Legjobb női előadó, a Legjobb album és a ‘Next To Me’ című dallal a Legjobb kislemez díjért verseng.
